Shipping:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Fjord West Studio is not liable for any lost, stolen, delays by USPS or damaged packages. Your item will be shipped via USPS once full payment is received. All items are shipped domestically throughout the United States.

Return policies:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase I’ll gladly refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item, minus shipping cost- provided it is returned in its original condition unlaundered, unsoiled and unaltered in any way. Please note all items for return must be shipped in the same kind of packaging as they were originally shipped in.

Custom orders:

At the moment, I am not offering customer orders.

Sizing: 

Since each bag is one of a kind the sizes can vary slightly, measurements are taken lying flat.
