All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Fjord West Studio is not liable for any lost, stolen, delays by USPS or damaged packages. Your item will be shipped via USPS priority once full payment is received.

Return policies:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase I’ll gladly refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item, minus shipping cost- provided it is returned in its original condition unlaundered, unsoiled and unaltered in any way. Please note all items for return must be shipped in the same kind of packaging as they were originally shipped in.
